Anthropic launches Reflection habit dashboard, pushes Claude Cowork to cloud

Reflect with Claude is aimed at helping users integrate AI more intentionally: it surfaces usage patterns across free, Pro, and Max-with-Memory tiers, excludes incognito and health-related conversations, and offers wellbeing controls like quiet hours and break reminders. The 4D framework (Delegation, Description, Discernment, Diligence) is Anthropic's attempt to make 'AI fluency' measurable rather than vibes-based.
Alongside it, Anthropic is taking Claude Cowork cross-device — from a laptop-bound system to a cloud agent on web, iOS, and Android, with Max users getting beta access first. It also added a Claude Tag feature for Slack and launched a brand campaign inviting hard questions about AI. Together these moves position Claude as an always-available agent competing directly with OpenAI's freshly launched ChatGPT Work.
The backdrop is a restive user base. r/Anthropic is in open revolt over Fable 5 rate limits: a 377-upvote thread demanded a reset before OpenAI's Thursday GPT-5.6 launch to stop churn, another (193 upvotes) called the July 12 extension 'pointless' without resetting caps, and users reported exhausting the Claude Max 20x weekly limit in under a day. Shipping wellness dashboards while power users hit walls is an awkward juxtaposition — the feature reads as intentionality theater to some of the very users burning through their quotas.
