The move directly maps to where customers are spending. Jeff Bezos told CNBC this week that AI now dominates his time across Amazon, Blue Origin, and his new venture Prometheus — though he tempered enthusiasm on space-based data centers, calling 2–3 years 'a little ambitious.' The signal: Amazon's leadership is putting executive attention behind AI as the dominant Amazon storyline, not a side bet.
