iOS 27.3 beta opens Siri AI to third-party apps; Apple's 10-K warns agents may act unpredictably

Apple released the Siri AI Developer Preview across the iOS, iPadOS, macOS and visionOS 27.3 betas. App Intents and App Skills give Siri awareness of what is on screen and the ability to act across apps. Apple is holding developer group labs on November 4–5.

At the same time, Apple's 10-K flags the risk that agents behave unpredictably. macOS now restricts full-disk access for agent installs.

Ternus said server-side Siri AI and photo editing will have usage limits, with paid expanded access at prices not yet announced.
