Google's experimental 'COSMO' proactive assistant briefly leaks pre-I/O

Google Research published an experimental Android app called COSMO (com.google.research.air.cosmo) running on Gemini Nano for on-device proactive context analysis, then pulled the listing within hours. Expected to debut officially at Google I/O 2026 (May 19-20).
