AWS open-sources Physical AI Toolchain built with NVIDIA for robotics

Swami Sivasubramanian said the toolchain spans the whole physical AI lifecycle. Customers can adopt the full stack or pick individual components.

It combines NVIDIA simulation and robotics models with AWS compute and data services. NVIDIA's 'SimReady' asset guide, published the same week, addresses the asset-preparation step of that pipeline.

The launch shows the hyperscalers moving to own robotics development workflows, much as they did for LLM tooling.

The open questions are adoption beyond the launch partners and how tightly the stack locks users into NVIDIA hardware.
