Civil Rights Groups Warn Against Facial Recognition in Ray-Ban Smart Glasses

More than 70 organizations including the ACLU and EPIC have formally warned Meta that facial recognition features in Ray-Ban and Oakley smart glasses pose serious risks to abuse victims, immigrants, and LGBTQ+ individuals.
