Ex-DeepMind researcher David Silver — creator of AlphaGo, AlphaZero, AlphaStar — emerged from stealth with Ineffable Intelligence, a $1.1B seed round (Europe's largest) at a $5.1B valuation, backed by Sequoia, Lightspeed, NVIDIA, and Google.
