AWS makes OpenAI GPT-5.6 Terra and Luna generally available on Bedrock in GovCloud

AWS expanded OpenAI model availability on Amazon Bedrock, making GPT-5.6 Terra and Luna generally available in AWS GovCloud (US-West and US-East). GovCloud availability specifically targets US government and regulated customers with strict compliance requirements, extending OpenAI's reach into sensitive public-sector workloads through Bedrock's security-hardened inference infrastructure.
