Azure Databricks adds Claude Haiku 5.5 via Unity Gateway at 75% lower cost

The integration brings Anthropic's newest small model into Databricks' governed gateway on Azure, offering cheaper high-volume inference.

The community is already testing it. An r/ClaudeAI benchmark scored Haiku 5.5 at 91.6% on support-chat tasks, beating GPT-6 Luna and Gemini Flash-Lite.

The launch extends multi-cloud Claude distribution.
